Marcos Alonso spoke to The Work Behind in the official Chelsea website and the Spaniard spoke at length about his training routine.
When asked when he gets to Cobham for training, Alonso said: “We have to be here an hour before. Depending on how I feel, I go to the physio or I go to the gym for a bit. We always have breakfast together and we chat about our personal life and enjoy the time together.”
About his optimum weather condition, Alonso revealed: “Warm and sunny! Not too cold. I don’t like to play in the wind, that’s the worst. The rain I like sometimes, but not very, very cold. As long as it’s warm, it’s okay.”
Alonso also admitted he does some work before training starts: “Sometimes I need to do some extra stuff to feel better and prepare for the game.”
