Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere could leave the Emirates on a free transfer this summer.

Fresh doubts have emerged over the England international’s future at the Emirates Stadium as reports via the Sun on Thursday morning claimed that he’s willing to leave at the end of the season if the club do not improve their current offer of a new contract.

According to reports, Wilshere has been told he must take a 25 per cent pay cut of his current £120,000 per week salary in order to stay at the club, but he’s said to be unwilling to agree to such terms as teammates Mesut Ozil, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are on more than double his wages.

With Wilshere’s contract winding up at the end of the season, will it be a good deal for Chelsea to sign him for free during the summer?
