Chelsea were at a time linked with Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski before the Poland international chose to remain with the German giants.
But it seems that his heart isn’t with his current club anymore as reports suggest his body language is an unhappy one and that he’s seeking an exit.
The rumours have been fired up after Mats Hummels and Lewandowski were involved in a training ground row when the Bayern Munich striker stopped mid-way through a game to tie his shoelaces.
Hummels slammed the Pole for allowing Tolisso to score a goal in a training match.
According to Bild, Hummels said: “Lewy, are you serious? You are doing shoelaces? Holy s***,” which prompted Lewandowski to reply: “And you’ve lost the ball.”
The Bayern defender continued to criticise Lewandowski’s attitude and reacted angrily when the goalscorer questioned his ability.
“Shut up. Get lost,” Hummels said to Lewandowski as the pair went their separate ways at the end of training.
With the bust-up sparking media attention, Hummels dismissed the incident as a normal occurrence. He said: “It’s nothing big. It happens all the time.”
Lewandowski has also changed his agent as he confirmed transfer expert Pini Zahavi as his new agent, which has further sparked rumours of his exit.
Chelsea and Real Madrid are the two clubs being linked with the Poland international.
