Chelsea might be out of the Champions League and are far off from a title fight, but Blues boss Antonio Conte is confident of the job he has done with the team since he was appointed last season.

Conte who guided Chelsea to a title in his first season at the club has insisted that his team needs to work hard to recover from the woes of this season.

“The important thing is to work very hard to try to improve the players and the club,” he said. “For sure, everyone wants to win something when you start the season. I’m very satisfied for my job, for the work me and my staff are doing and the players.

“This season has confirmed one thing: that last season we did an incredible achievement. We have to work, we have to try to improve and we have to understand the way to improve eventually for next season, to be stronger, and then to continue to work.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
