Michy Batshuayi moved on loan during the January transfer window to Borussia Dortmund and he has made a significant impact on the Bundesliga team.
He’s scored seven goals in nine appearances, including a brace against Frankfurt at the weekend, and his teammate at BVB Marco Reus has admitted that he wants Batshuayi to join them permanently.
“I would be very happy if Michy stays,” said Reus, who just signed a long-term contract with the club.
“He showed how important he can be for us. I hope we finish the season in a Champions League place.”
However, Batshuayi has hinted that the move will depend on Chelsea and Dortmund.
“I feel very well here, but that’s a matter between Dortmund and Chelsea,” he said.
