Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas has revealed it has already been decided Antonio Conte will leave Chelsea this summer.
Conte’s future at Chelsea is in serious doubt after a season of discontent on and off the pitch.
“I think it’s done and dusted,” Nicholas said on Sky Sports.
“I’ve said for long enough, I thought in January if Chelsea could just keep him hanging in until the end of the season rather than a total disruption and trying to find someone to come and stand in again.
“They’ve done this too often in the past Chelsea and they’ve suffered because of it.
Sometimes they get a new manager like Antonio Conte comes in and they go and win the Premier League.
“But the issue is that they are still challenging for the top four, they still have an opportunity there, and potentially he can still win the FA Cup and after the season he had last season, that would be a success story.
“But I don’t see anything other than Conte leaving in the summer, I don’t.”
