Chelsea skipper Gary Cahill and club record signing Alvaro Morata, have not been named in the England and Spain squads respectively for upcoming friendlies.

Cahill has lost his place to Antonio Rudiger in recent matches for Chelsea as Antonio Conte failed to use the 32-year-old in crucial games against Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona.

With the World Cup fast approaching, Antonio Conte was asked if they could make the World Cup squad this summer?

The Chelsea boss believes that it’s up to their national team managers as he responded: “This question is for the coach of the national team, not for me.

“My only worry is that we try to have our players in the best form for Chelsea. Then the national team coach has to make the best decision for the country.”
