Chelsea have asked about Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri according to a report on Daily Mail.

The 26-year-old midfielder is also a target for Premier League sides Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Everton.

Seri can leave Nice if any club match his £34.8million buy out fee.

The 26-year-old is an all-round midfielder who can play in the holding position or further forward. Although only 5ft 6ins tall, he is athletic and strong while astute with the ball.

Seri almost joined Barcelona last summer but saw a move fall through.
