Chelsea are five points behind Tottenham, and the Blues have four games to turn around the situation in their favour.
Antonio Conte’s men play Swansea on Saturday, and have a chance to put pressure on Tottenham who don’t play Watford until Monday.
The Chelsea boss has admitted that all that matters in that game is the three points.
“First of all we have to try to get three points,” Conte said in his press conference.
“We are playing against a team fighting to avoid relegation. In the last five games at home, Swansea have won four and drawn once. It means they are in good form.
“The reality is that Tottenham have a big advantage, but the only way to try to put a bit pressure on them is to get three points tomorrow.”
