Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas scored the only goal of the game as Chelsea beat Swansea City 1-0 on Saturday to move within just two points of fourth-placed Tottenham, who take on Watford at Wembley on Monday night.
Fabregas wants Chelsea to win our remaining three games and pile the pressure on Tottenham.
Fabregas told BT Sport: “We have an opportunity but every game now becomes a final.
“We must show our pride and show we really want to make this happen. The bad thing is it’s not up to us. In football, anything can happen.
“We have to make sure that if it happens, we are there to take it.”
