Kick-off: Saturday, April 28, 2018. 16:30 GMT
Venue: Liberty Stadium
With four games left of the 2017/18 Premier League season, Chelsea have an away clash against Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.
Chelsea are 5th on the table fighting for a Champions League spot, while the Swans are 17th and pushing to guarantee their safety in the league, and 30 points separate the two teams.
In their last six league games, Swansea have won just once, lost twice and three ended in a draw. For Antonio Conte’s men, it has been three wins, two losses and a draw to West Ham.
Chelsea won the reverse fixture 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, and the Blues will hope to take the three points at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
Swansea’s only Premier League victory over Chelsea in 13 attempts came at home in April 2016 (D4, L8).
However, the Blues have won two and drawn four of their seven trips to Liberty Stadium in all competitions.
Swansea have gone five matches without a win – although four of those were away fixtures (D3, L2).
Also, the Swans are on a five-match unbeaten run at home – earning 13 points from a possible 15.
Antonio Conte will have to work on Chelsea’s defence, as the Blues have gone seven league matches without a clean sheet.
Olivier Giroud has a good record away at Swansea and has scored two goals and set up two more in four away Premier League starts at Liberty Stadium.
