Chelsea have reportedly asked about the availability of AS Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim amid rumours Antonio Conte is set to leave this summer according to a report on Bleacher Report.

The report claims Chelsea feel confident about being able to lure Jardim with the challenge of trying to prove himself in the Premier League.

Jardim, who is contracted to Monaco until the summer of 2020, won the Ligue 1 title last season and also guided Monaco to the UEFA Champions League semi-final.

Aside Jardim, former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique and Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri are reportedly in the shortlist of managers to replace Conte in the summer.
