The season is gradually nearing its end, and Chelsea have three league games left of the 2017/18 campaign.

Up next for the Blues is a home game against Liverpool, and that game is a must win to keep up Chelsea’s hopes of a top four finish.

Eden Hazard believes a top four finish is achievable and has urged the team to be ready for the Liverpool clash.

“We are in the race,” said our number 10. “Like I said, we have three games to play, we play Liverpool so that is a big game for us next week, so now we can prepare for that game and we have one week to be ready for this big game.”
