Chelsea needed a win against Newcastle and hope for Liverpool to lose at home to Brighton to qualify for next season’s Champions League. However, Antonio Conte’s men lost that game 3-0 with a woeful performance, and the Blues ended the season in low spirits.

And now, some supporters believe the squad have given up on Conte and want the Italian gone before next week’s FA Cup final against Manchester United.

Some fans took to social media to vent their frustration.

    Please don’t sack him, everyday isn’t a Christmas Day. He was the best last season and next season I believe he will do better.
