Chelsea goalkeeper Willy Caballero made his first appearance for his country in his homeland as Argentina defeated Haiti 4-0 in a friendly game on Wednesday.

Lionel Messi scored a hatrick and Sergio Aguero scored a goal in the Argentine’s comprehensive victory.

Caballero looks set to be their no.1 at the World Cup after an injury to regular first choice Sergio Romero.

Argentina will now travel to Barcelona to continue their World Cup preparations ahead of another friendly, against Israel, and then group games against Iceland, Croatia and Nigeria in Russia.
