Antonio Conte rang some changes to Chelsea’s starting line-up as he gave starting chances to Alvaro Morata, Pedro, Davide Zappacosta, Willy Caballero and Andreas Christensen.

The scoreline backfired as the Blues only managed to get a 1-1 draw, and the result means our Champions League hopes are almost over. But Conte insists he named a strong line-up.

He said: “No, absolutely not. If you remember I made rotations against Burnley. Rotating means players like Morata, Willian, Christensen playing…

“We are Chelsea, we have a big squad, and we have players who can play this type of game that you must win.

“Against Burnley the rotation was good, but this is football. You always have this risk.”
