Michy Batshuayi had a good season on loan with German side Borussia Dortmund after struggling to get game time under Antonio Conte.

Reports now claim Dortmund want to sign the Chelsea striker on a permanent deal.

Batshuayi’s nine goals in 14 games have strengthened Dortmund’s resolve to sign the 24-year-old on a permanent deal in the summer, but it remains unclear if Chelsea are willing to sell.

Belgium journalist Kristoff Terreur tweeted: “There have been contacts between Dortmund and Chelsea over Michy Batshuayi. The German club would like to sign him on a permanent basis. No decisions taken. Player will decide his future after the World Cup.”
