Chelsea lost 3-0 at Newcastle on Sunday in our last league game of the season.

Some Chelsea players tried to rush down tunnel after loss away to Newcastle but Eden Hazard insisted that his team-mates acknowledged the travelling Chelsea supporters at St James Park.

The players duly obliged and applauded the travelling Chelsea supporters.
