Eden Hazard has been hailed by many as one of the few world-class players in the Premier League, with the Belgian churning out amazing performances over the years.
Hazard’s stock has increased since he left Lille for Chelsea in 2012. The 27-year-old has won two Premier League titles, the Europa League, the League Cup, and a host of individual awards at Stamford Bridge.
His performance has caught the interest of Real Madrid for the past two seasons, and Zinedine Zidane is believed to be a huge admirer of the Belgian.
Hazard has previously reiterated his commitment to Chelsea, but Arsenal legend Paul Merson doesn’t think the Belgium star will stay at Stamford Bridge beyond the summer.
“I don’t think Eden Hazard will be there [next season],” he told the Daily Star.
“If Hazard doesn’t leave Chelsea this summer he’ll be there forever. And I don’t think he wants that.”
