Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of appointing former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri as Chelsea boss according to various reports.

According to Football Italia, Sarri is bringing his ‘Sarriball’ style of play to Chelsea without his coaching staff at Napoli.

Assistant manager Francesco Calzona, collaborator Simone Bonomi and fitness coach Sinatti are remaining at Napoli and will work with new boss Ancelotti.

They are reportedly unhappy that Sarri signed a four-year contract with Napoli, whereas they were only given short-term deals.

Sarri is reportedly considering bringing in Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola as one of his assistants.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is reportedly happy with the imminent arrival of Sarri as Chelsea player.
