It’s quite unarguable that the name of Chelsea’s next managerial appointment is widely anticipated. If speculations from the media are anything to go by, then it’s sure there will be a new man at the head of team affairs next season. Clearly, Conte’s time at the club is up. With the club being linked with Maurizio Sarri and no appointment imminent yet, let’s take a look at the credentials of Chelsea’s managerial options:
ZINEDINE ZIDANE:
Now, one of the world’s most decorated player and manager, the three-time Champions League winner surprised the football world with his resignation from the Real Madrid managerial post just six days after winning the third of his consecutive Champions League trophy. Zidane’s rise as one of the emerging and top managers in the world is amazing. He’s availability though yet to be confirmed if he’ll actually go on a sabbatical or seek a fresh challenge, will interest many top clubs. If the latter will be the case, Chelsea should sure look to sign him up quickly, especially in a bid to keep our key player and his long time admirer, Eden Hazard at the club. Whether or not he’ll be able to repeat his successes at Madrid at Chelsea is anyone’s guess. GRADE: 9/10

The former banker turn manager has been quite impressive on the managerial front. Despite not winning any trophy so far, it is his exciting brand of football that appeals to Chelsea. More so, his capacity to polish rough diamonds into glittering precious stones is another feat that makes him a strong contender for the Chelsea job. While the club appears to have missed out on the deadline to exercise his €8m release clause, the deal still seems possible. The fact he’s yet to coach outside Italy and at a very big club is another interesting plot to watch out for if appointed by the club. GRADE: 7/10
LAURENT BLANC:

The Frenchman divides opinions as he’s neither rated as a top coach or as just a good one. His high-profile unsuitability to both the France National team job and as PSG manager is a strong deflection from the qualities he possesses. Whether he’s ready to crack it and succeed at another big job is a sickening question. Will the sky be true blue for Blanc? Only time will tell and that’s if he eventually lands the Chelsea job. GRADE: 5/10
You can name the manager you’d love to manage Chelsea in the comments zone. Let’s keep the blue flag flying high. Cheers!
Zinedine Zidane
According to my opinion, the Luis Enrique should be given the chance to get the job. Such that his plan to reorganize the team begin searching.
It’s unfortunate that the board are still undecided about who will be our coach 10 days before world cup and our players are going to world cup not knowing their fate in the club. When will our program for next season start? Who are our target in the transfer market. Will our targets still be available by the time we will be ready to biy. Next season will be very tough for the club if we dont put our house in order early enough.
In the interest of the club and the fans, the board should allow Conte stay and lets buying experience and quality players.
