After struggling under Antonio Conte at Chelsea, Michy Batshuayi moved to Borussia Dortmund in January on a loan deal and looked a different player in Germany, banging in 9 goals in 14 appearances.
The 24-year-old has been strongly linked with a permanent move to Dortmund but Chelsea are believed to have rejected their advances.
Surprisingly, the German giants are no longer interested in Batshuayi and have been linked with another Chelsea striker, Alvaro Morata.
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has confirmed Dortmund won’t be chasing Batshuayi anymore.
He told Kicker: “We are searching for Mister X, but it is not Michy Batshuayi.
“There is nothing to be reported today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.”
