Chelsea’s former Director of Football Michael Emenalo, might be making moves to secure some signings for Monaco from the Chelsea academy.
According to Dahbai Hattabi of Foot Mercato in France, the Ligue 1 outfit have set their sights on the promising young winger after securing a deal to sign Jonathan Panzo from the Blues.
Michael Emenalo’s links with Chelsea have seen a string of young players touted as transfer targets for Leonardo Jardim’s side since the former’s arrival at the club.
Hudson-Odoi became one of the youngest players to ever play for Chelsea when he made his debut last season as a substitute against Newcastle in the FA Cup. He added three more substitute appearances the rest of the season, and was named to the bench in Chelsea’s Champions League last 16 first leg against Barcelona.
Hudson-Odoi who is highly rated at the club, is two weeks shy of his 18th birthday and has two years remaining on the three-year deal he signed last summer, which was his first professional deal.
