Juventus star Miralem Pjanic has been linked with a move to Chelsea for £70m, in what will break the club record transfer fee.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to Barcelona as well, but the rumours took a different road on Wednesday night, when former Juventus CEO Luciano Moggi decided to chime in on Twitter, seemingly hinting that Chelsea will be getting not only Maurizio Sarri but Pjanic as well.
This isn’t the first time Pjanic has been linked with a move to Chelsea, but none has materialized into something tangible.
Moggi was the chief director of Juventus for over ten years, starting in the mid-90s until his disgraceful exit amid the Calciopoli scandal in 2006.
