Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been fantastic for Belgium in the World Cup, and the 27-year-old is still being sought after by Real Madrid.
Chelsea have so far failed to convince Hazard to put pen to paper on a new contract, despite offering the playmaker £300,000 a week to remain at the club, and the Belgian has just two years left on his contract.
Real Madrid are keen on seizing this opportunity to sign Hazard after three consecutive years of going after his signature.
Real also see Hazard as a replacement for star player Cristiano Ronaldo, who has signed for Italian giants Juventus.
Reports now claim Real Madrid are preparing to submit a £150million transfer offer for Hazard as they are keen on landing a superstar replacement for Ronaldo.
