Chelsea are close to signing Alisson after agreeing personal terms with the Roma goalkeeper, claims Metro UK.
Thibaut Courtois has been linked with a Chelsea exit after delaying to sign a new contract and the Blues are keen to replace the Belgian goalkeeper with Alisson.
Metro UK claim Alisson would prefer to join Chelsea, rather than stay in Rome, and has been offered a contract worth just under £100,000 a week.
Roma are reportedly demanding a fee of €75 million (£66million) for Alisson.
Chelsea are leading the race to sign the 25-year-old with Real Madrid only willing to offer €50million (£44million) while Chelsea are willing to offer €73million (£64million), including bonuses.
Alisson is currently with Brazil’s World Cup squad.
