Chelsea young winger Jeremie Boga is reportedly close to leaving Chelsea for Italian side Sassuolo for a reported fee of £3.5 million, according to Goal.

Boga has spent his last three season away on loan and the 21-year-old has decided to leave Chelsea permanently this summer because he believes a permanent switch is good for his career.

Boga still loves Chelsea and would prefer to remain if he could feature in the first team.

While an agreement between Chelsea and Sassuolo, which includes a buy-back option for the Blues, has been reached, Boga is still yet to agree personal terms with Sassuolo.
