Former Arsenal midfielder Stewart Robson, now a regular pundit for ESPN FC has revealed his concerns for Chelsea ahead of next season.
Chelsea confirmed the signing of Jorginho from Napoli on Saturday, and the Brazilian-born Italian is expected to forge a good combination with N’Golo Kante deep in Chelsea’s midfield.
However, Robson doesn’t think the two midfielders will fit in well together.
Robson said: “A player that sits in front of two centre halves and tries to dictate the ball.
“I wouldn’t say he’s the best defensive player that you’ve seen.
“My worry is, if he’s going to play there – what’s Kante going to do? Is he going to go? Do they know they’re going to sell him?
“I can’t see the two playing together. That’s a big problem for Chelsea fans.”
