Reports claim that Chelsea are in search for a new goalkeeper to replace current No.1 Thibaut Courtois who has reportedly agreed to move to Real Madrid.
However, Chelsea won’t sell Courtois until the Blues sign a new goalkeeper.
Former Chelsea midfielder Craig Burley wants to see his former side move for Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
Burley believes the Denmark international will do a good job for the Blues.
“They need someone who is very strong on crosses and coming out,” the 46-year-old told ESPN.
“Courtois is very dominant coming out. It isn’t a strength of [Kasper] Schmeichel.
“He is a good shot stopper. Chelsea need a goalkeeper who is good at shot stopping and coming out.”
