According to a report on Metro UK, Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is already creating a more relaxed feel around training.
During Conte’s time as Chelsea boss, Conte ordered double sessions during pre-season and did minimal ball work – instead working on tactical shape and organization.
Despite having little time to work with the players before the start of the new season, Sarri is taking a more relaxed approach to training.
Sarri has made Wednesday training optional after hearing that many of the players had been invited to Cesc Fabregas’ wedding party on Tuesday evening, something which would never have happened during the era of Conte.
Do you think Sarri’s relaxed approach is needed at Chelsea?
