Thibaut Courtois is strongly being linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, as he has bluntly revealed he wants to be with his family.
And Belgium assistant coach Graeme Jones, who was part of Roberto Martinez’s coaching staff at the World Cup has revealed Thibaut Courtois will leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
The Blues have been linked with a number of possible goalkeepers but have been unable to sign any, and are now bent on keeping the Belgian who has just one year left on his current deal.
The Daily Express claim Chelsea have now weighed up their options, and although the club were once open to the sale, Courtois will not be departing this summer.
Chelsea kick off their Premier League season against Huddersfield on August 11, but will take on Manchester City in the Community Shield on Sunday, and you can expect Courtois to remain at the club.
