Chelsea will play host to Arsenal this weekend at Stamford Bridge, and Maurizio Sarri will be aiming to overturn the bad record the Blues had under former boss that saw us win only one game against the Gunners in Antonio Conte’s reign.
Martin Atkinson will be the man in charge of the game, and his recent games for the Blues haven’t gone too well.
Last season, Atkinson took charge of three Chelsea matches in the Premier League and the Blues lost every single one of them, while the Gunners had a much better success rate with one win and a draw from the two matches he took of them.
Lee Betts and Stephen Child will be the two assistant referees for the game with Jonathan Moss acting as the fourth official for the game.
Chelsea fans can hope that Maurizio Sarri’s reign will bring glad tidings under Atkinson.
