Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set to hold crunch talks with Chelsea officials this week as he looks to clarify his future, according to Daily Mail.
Loftus-Cheek will reportedly seek a loan move again if new boss Maurizio Sarri cannot guarantee him regular match time.
The 22-year-old impressed last season while on loan at Crystal Palace, which earned him a place in England’s World Cup squad.
Loftus-Cheek came on as a 68th-minute substitute in the victory over Huddersfield and didn’t even make the bench against Arsenal on the weekend.
Loftus-Cheek is willing to stay and fight for his place in the team but the arrival of Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid on loan could force him into a rethink.
