Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is reportedly in Italy to undergo a medical ahead of his season-long loan move to AC Milan according to Metro UK.
Chelsea and AC Milan have agreed a season-long loan deal for the midfielder, while the Serie A club have the option to make the move permanent next summer for €40m (£35.7m).
Bakayoko joined Chelsea from Monaco last summer for £40 million but struggled to make an impact.
Following the arrivals of Jorginho from Napoli and Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid, plus the return of Ruben Loftus-Cheek after his season-long loan at Crystal Palace, Bakayoko has been deemed surplus to requirement by Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri.
Bakayoko arrived Milan on Sunday and is due to undergo a medical on Monday before completing his loan move to AC Milan.
