Chelsea have a huge Premier League clash against London rivals Arsenal on Saturday, and Maurizio Sarri has confirmed he will have to do without Cesc Fabregas for this game.
Fabregas is a major doubt for Chelsea’s clash against his former club Arsenal on Saturday as the 31-year-old is currently suffering from a knee injury.
Due to the injury, Fabregas missed Chelsea’s 3-0 victory over Huddersfield Town on Saturday and willyet miss this Saturday’s clash. Fabregas has pain around his knee, and Sarri thinks it’s an unusual injury.
In his press conference ahead of Arsenal clash, Sarri said: “Fabregas is out of this match. I hope he will be able to be on the pitch in the next week. I’m not sure.
“Nothing serious, but he has a very unusual injury. He has a pain near the knee.”
