Victor Moses has found himself out of the starting eleven under new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, and has only played just eleven minutes this campaign.
Moses was a key player under Antonio Conte, but has lost his place in the team with Sarri switching to a back four since taking over at Stamford Bridge this summer.
Moses was not included in the squad that beat Newcastle last weekend, and Sarri has explained why.
Sarri explained that he has changed Moses’ role from a wing-back to a winger and that the Nigerian will have to improve in that role.
Sarri was asked why Moses why not playing and replied: “Because he changed the position in the pitch. Now we are trying to let him to play like a winger.
“So we changed the position and in the new position I think he needs to improve.”
