Chelsea star Eden Hazard has hailed Olivier Giroud as the world’s best target man after the pair combined to dazzling effect in Chelsea’s 4-1 win over Cardiff City.
Hazard scored a hat-trick with Giroud providing the assist for two of Hazard’s goals.
“He’s a target man, maybe the best in the world I think,” said Hazard.
“When he gets the ball he can hold the ball and we can go with him in deep. So for us he is a pleasure to play with.
“When Alvaro is playing it is completely different he is a different type of player both are quality so we are happy to have good strikers.”
