The international is here upon us, and Chelsea fans won’t be happy with the news regarding Blues star Eden Hazard.
According to Belgium newspaper HLN, Hazard did not train with the Belgium national team on Wednesday, after training with the team on Tuesday.
There was no reason given for Eden’s absence, but it is believed it was due to a slight discomfort and his absence was just a precautionary measure.
However, Hazard has not been ruled out of Friday’s friendly against Scotland just yet, unlike Crystal Palace’s Christian Benteke, Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini and Liverpool’s Simon Mignolet who have all been ruled out.
Tiredness is also being suspected as the reason for Hazard’s absence from training. The 27-year-old has had little time to rest since the summer World Cup in Russia, and is now being heavily involved in the season’s games.
