Jorginho joined Chelsea during the summer, as he moved from Naples alongside former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri.
The Brazilian-born Italian refused to open up on why he left Napoli for Chelsea after being a key man for the Naples club.
“There were various things behind my departure from Napoli,” Jorginho said.
“The will of just one party is not enough. Serie A will always be one of the best leagues in the world. I hope to go back one day.”
The 26-year-old is already making huge impact in the Premier League, and he has revealed that there is s difference between the English game and the Italian league.
He said: “There’s a difference in tempo and physicality between English and Italian football. However, you can’t not miss a magnificent place such as Napoli.
“To understand the difference with the infrastructure in England you have to experience it. At Cobham, we have 38 pitches. Enough said.”
