Chelsea are through to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup after coming from behind to beat Liverpool 2-1 at Anfield Stadium. The match was looking like it’ll be Liverpool’s night but Eden Hazard had something else in mind after scoring a superb winner.

See the ratings below:

Caballero: Made a number of good saves to keep Chelsea in the game. Was pretty confident in goal for the Blues. 7/10

Azpilicueta: Surprisingly made some errors in the game and also has to take a share of the blame for Daniel Sturridge’s goal. 5/10

Cahill: Strong performance from the skipper. Barely made a mistake and looked really confident. 7/10

Christensen: Was having a good game before he started making so many unforced errors that marred his game. 5/10

Emerson: Nice awareness to score the equaliser for Chelsea. He put in a pretty decent performance besides that. 7/10

Fabregas: Started the game brightly, dominating play and finding his teammates with ease, but his influence faded out in the second half which caused Liverpool to be the more dominant side. 6/10

Barkley: Was fortunate to have lasted the entire minutes on the pitch. Made too many mistakes that nearly cost the team. His passing was awful at times, but he did okay going forward. 5/10

Kovacic: Was having a good game before being taken off in the second half. 6/10

Willian: Was decent in the first half and was Sarri’s first substitution in the second half. 6/10

Moses: Was very lively in the first half and threatened Liverpool’s defence with his runs, but his performance in the second half dropped a bit. 6.5/10

Morata: Had a lively first half and should have gotten a goal but was denied twice by Mignolet. Was a bit quiet in the second half. 6/10

Hazard: After replacing Willian following Liverpool’s second half dominance, he looked off the pace and was even sloppy on the ball at times. But he moved a gear and took one moment to show why he’s a world-class player. Entered beast mode in the last ten minutes of the game and frustrated Henderson too many times with his pace and strength. 8/10

Kante: Brought energy to the midfield after coming on for Kovacic. Played a hand in Hazard’s goal. 6.5/10

Luiz: Came on for Christensen and was solid at the back. 6/10

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
