Maurizio Sarri’s start to life as Chelsea manager couldn’t have started any better as the Blues have had a perfect start to the season, winning four games out of four.
Club football is on break as international football resume for the next couple of days.
Sarri is experiencing his first break as Chelsea manager and he has admitted that he is going to be out walking his dog in the next couple of weeks as he settles into life in England.
“I have my dog here now so I will be going out walking with my dog,” Sarri said.
However, with several Blues players being involved in the Nations League and friendly matches around the world, Sarri will not have the chance to work with some of his key men.
“I don’t know if it’s a good thing [the international break] because it will be very difficult to work,” Sarri added.
“We have 18 or 19 players going away with the national teams so at Cobham there will only be left eight or nine players. So it will be very difficult to work.”
