Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini was a doubt for Saturday’s Premier League clash between Manchester United and Chelsea.
He missed Belgium’s game against Holland on Tuesday because he wasn’t 100 per cent fit but Belgium boss Roberto Martinez expects him to be fine for the game at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Martinez told Sky Sports: “He should be fine, it’s just he wasn’t 100 per cent.
“He’s got an important game at the weekend and this wasn’t the game to use players who weren’t 100 per cent.
“We expect he should be fine in the next couple of days.”
Fellaini has been an important player for Manchester United under Jose Mourinho, with the midfielder featuring in each of the 11 games United have played in all competitions so far this season.
