Jorginho has spent the last four years with Maurizio Sarri, and the 26-year-old has forged a good relationship with the new Chelsea boss.
Sarri brought the central midfielder alongside him from Napoli, and Jorginho who has been instrumental to Sarri’s success so far has revealed some weird things about the Chelsea boss.
Jorginho has revealed that Sarri has a strange superstition of not touching the ball during a match day no matter the situation.
“It’s really easy to understand him you know,” Jorginho told Chelsea’s official YouTube channel.
“The way he seems, that’s how he is. He has no secrets, he’s a simple guy.
“He has his… beliefs, his superstitions, as everyone has. For example, he won’t touch the match ball ever ‘Even if we’re losing, the ball goes out and we need to get the ball back in play as fast as possible, he won’t go near it, no way, he won’t touch it.
“Then there are other things too, but that’s normal no?”
