Chelsea’s brilliant start to the season has seen two Chelsea players nominated for the Premier League’s monthly prizes.
Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award after a series of amazing performances in the month of September.
Hazard is the Premier League’s top scorer with six goals and the Belgian scored five goals in four league games in the month of September including a hat-trick in the 4-1 win over Cardiff City. He also scored against Bournemouth and Liverpool in the month of September.
Hazard has also wowed fans with his dribbling and passing skills and he is the favourite to win the award for best player in the month of September.
Hazard has surprisingly won the award just once before, in October 2016.
Other nominees for Player of the Month award are Willy Boly, Alexandre Lacazette, James Maddison, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Raheem Sterling.

Willian is in the running for the Premier League Goal of the Month award for his wonderful strike against Cardiff in September.
The Chelsea star bent a stunning effort into the top right-hand corner to round off a 4-1 victory over Cardiff City in September. His goal against Cardiff deserves to be goal of the month.
Efforts by Kyle Walker, Wilfried Zaha, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Ilkay Gundogan, Alexandre Lacazette, Sergio Aguero and Daniel Sturridge were also nominated.
