Chelsea have given defender Gary Cahill the green light to leave Stamford Bridge on loan in January, according to Daily Express.
The 32 year old has made just one substitute appearance in the Premier League all season under Maurizio Sarri but has been a regular for Chelsea in the Europa League and Carabao Cup competitions this season.
Sarri has preferred Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz as his centre-back pairing in the Premier League.
It is believed Chelsea have told Cahill that the club won’t stand in his way if the right offer comes in January.
Manchester United, Southampton, West Ham, his boyhood club Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday are all interested in the Chelsea captain.
Cahill admitted in September that he might seek to leave Stamford Bridge in January.
Cahill said: “I don’t want to jump the gun, but as things stand at this time, probably, yes [I might have to leave in January].
“Whatever my future holds, in terms of the club, and the relationship I have with the club and the fans, it will have been a huge part of my footballing life. I’ve got maximum respect for everybody here.”
