Chelsea star Eden Hazard was named Premier League Player of the Month for September and another Chelsea player could receive the award for the month of October.
Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley has earned a nomination for the Player of the Month award after a series of impressive performances in the month of October.
Barkley scored in each of our three league matches, which included his first-ever goal for Chelsea the 3-0 win at Southampton, an injury-time equaliser against Manchester United, and then a brilliant long-range drive in the 4-0 win at Burnley last weekend.
He became the first Englishman to score in three consecutive league games for Chelsea since Frank Lampard did it in 2013.
Barkley didn’t just score goals in the month of October, he also assisted three goals, including Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata’s opening goals at St Mary’s and Turf Moor respectively.
Barkley can win this award if you vote for him here.
