Chelsea star Eden Hazard has admitted he could spend the rest of his career at Chelsea while also refusing to rule out a summer move to Real Madrid.
Hazard’s current contract expires in the summer of 2020 and Chelsea could be forced to listen to offers for Hazard next summer if the club fails to convince him to sign a new contract.
In an interview with French TV station Canal Plus, Hazard said: “I have one year left in June. If I don’t extend, it (a move) is possible.
“I can’t see myself leaving in January. I wouldn’t do that to the club, the fans. Next summer it’s a possibility, but it’s also possible that I spend the rest of my career at Chelsea.”
French club Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with Hazard in the past but the 27-year-old doesn’t see himself playing for any club in the French Ligue 1 except Lille.
“I had contact with PSG, but it did not tempt me. I have always said that if I came back to Ligue 1 it would be to Lille,” Hazard added.
Hazard has scored seven goals for Chelsea in the Premier League this season.
