Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata believes Chelsea can fight for all trophies this season.
Morata has recovered from a slow start this season to score three times in his last five games for Chelsea and the striker believes he’s in a good form at the moment.
Morata said: “I’m in a good way now. I want to score more goals, to play more games, but at the end of the day the most important thing is that the team wins. The other things come with that.
“Right now we are near the top of the league and we are in a good position in the Europa League and League Cup.
“We need to continue in the current way because I think we can fight for all the trophies this year.”
Morata admitted earlier this season that he struggled last season at Chelsea due to Antonio Conte’s tactics and he believes the players are enjoying Maurizio Sarri’s style of play.
Morata added: “We have a concept this year to play nearer the goal and to do this we need to have the ball.
“The philosophy is that if we have the ball most of the time, the other team doesn’t have it, which is very important because they won’t be able to make a lot of chances.
“But it’s not only about the ball, it’s about your movement when you don’t have possession and you make the space for a team-mate.
“The players really enjoy this kind of game. For most of the game, we have the ball in the other team’s half of the pitch and that’s good for us.”
