Victor Moses has struggled for game time this season after new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri dumped Antonio Conte’s favoured 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 formations for the 4-3-3 system.
Moses was the undisputed starter in the right wing-back position during Conte’s era as Chelsea boss but with Sarri’s 4-3-3 requiring a right-back and not a right wing-back, Moses has struggled for game time this season.
According to 90min, Crystal Palace are eyeing a January move for Moses as they seek to add some firepower and flair to their team in order to lift some of the attacking burden off Wilfried Zaha’s shoulders.
Moses has made only one start for Chelsea this season and the Nigerian failed to make the squad for Chelsea’s 3-2 Carabao Cup win over Derby County on Wednesday.
Reports coming out from Nigeria claim Sarri has told former Moses that he is not in his plans and therefore could leave Chelsea in January.
Moses who has a contract with Chelsea until 2021, joined Chelsea from Wigan in 2012 and was a key player for the Blues in our 2016/17 title winning season.
