Chelsea’s games against Tottenham are usually hotly contested, and this weekend Tottenham will host Chelsea at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Both sides are in form heading into this game, and Spurs have won six of their last seven league games, losing just once against Manchester City.
Chelsea are yet to lose a game this season, and in the last six games the Blues have drawn three and won three. This adds more intensity to this weekend’s clash, and only one point separates the two sides.
The Blues visit to Wembley last season saw them run out 2-1 winners with seven yellow cards spread between the teams, and Michael Owen believes that this game will be a feisty one, and he’s predicting a draw for this clash.
Owen wrote in his BetVictor blog: “None of Spurs’ last 16 PL games has finished in a draw.
“But I think it will be honours even when Chelsea visit Wembley in, arguably, the game of the weekend.
“Chelsea’s title rivals Manchester City and Liverpool have already won at Wembley this season.
“But I feel the hosts will get a draw in what promises to be a feisty London derby.”
